If a boat, camper or trailer is taking up your driveway, park it with us. Our fenced spaces are on a gravel lot with a fence around the parked area and a locked gate, and you have 24-hour access, so you can pick it up before daylight and bring it back after dark.

Before you rent

• Measure from the end of the trailer tongue to the back of the boat, camper or trailer, and the width at the widest point.
• If you are close to the line between the two sizes, take the bigger space. You will want room to hook up and back in.

Getting a boat or camper ready for winter

• Drain the water system and add antifreeze where the manufacturer says to. Michigan winters will crack anything left full of water.
• Run the fuel down and add stabilizer. Do not leave cans of fuel in the boat or camper.
• Take the batteries home and keep them on a charger.
• Take out food, bedding and anything that holds moisture. Leave cupboards and compartments open a little.
• Cover it. The space is outdoors, and a good cover keeps snow, sun and birds off.
• Check the tires and block the wheels.

If you would rather keep a vehicle behind a door, the 10 x 20 can hold a car or small boat and the 10 x 25 holds small vehicles. Measure your vehicle first and call us to confirm it fits through the door.
