24/7 access, no gate
The facility is open 24/7 every day of the year, and there is no gate, so there are no access codes to remember and no restricted entry times. You can pull straight up to your unit any time, day or night.
Drive-up units
You can pull your vehicle directly to your unit door for easy loading and unloading. No elevators, no long hallways.
Boat, RV and vehicle parking
Outdoor parking spaces for a boat, camper, trailer or vehicle, rented by the month.
Onsite security
The facility has onsite security. You put your own lock on your unit and you keep the key.
Rent online, no office visit
The entire rental is handled online. Browse units, sign your lease and pay from your phone or computer, and move in as soon as the rental is confirmed. You can also pay your bill online and manage your account 24 hours a day.
Prorated move-in rate
Your move-in rate is prorated to the day you move in, so you only pay for the days you actually use in your first month.
Payment options
Pay by autopay, text message, online, or by phone. Phone support is available seven days a week.
Your lock, your key
You provide your own lock. We recommend a heavy-duty disc lock or cylinder lock. Using one also avoids the $200 deductible on a tenant protection plan.
Month-to-month rentals
There are no long-term contracts. Rent for one month or for several years, whichever you need.
